

Bradley D Weber is the owner and lead instructor for Emergency Awareness. Brad has been serving as a career firefighter in the Kansas City region since 1991. Brad is a graduate of Tri County R7 High School in Jamesport Missouri and attended EMT Training at the Laredo Missouri Volunteer Ambulance in 1990.
Brad went to work for the Atchison Holt Ambulance District as an EMT in August of 1990.
In 1991 Brad began a 17 year stent with the Kearney Fire and Rescue Protection District. Brad was one of the first three full time Firefighter EMT personal for the district.
In 1994 Brad became the first full time Firefighter EMT at Kearney to attend Paramedic School. At that time two additional paramedics were hired and the district became full time ALS. Brad was promoted to Lieutenant and later promoted to Captain and worked as the C shift commander.
While at the Kearney Fire Protection District Brad became certified in Firefighter 1 and 2, Hazardous Materials Operations and for a short period held Technician status. Brad Also became Instructor 1 and 2 certified, Officer 1 and 2 certified and is an certified evaluator for the Missouri State Fire Marshals IFSAC program.
Brad left the Kearney Fire and Rescue Protection District in February 2008 and is now serving as the Assistant Chief for the Lexington Missouri Fire Department. Brad is responsible for EMS for the department.
Currently Brad is in his final year of the Executive Fire Officer Program through the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg MD. When completed Brad will be one of a select few of fire officers to obtain this educational milestone.
Brad started Emergency Awareness in 1995 with long time friend and co-worker Larry Ingrassia. We have been providing CPR, First Aid, EMT, and CEU training to the Kansas City area ever since.
